Click and Collect
You can collect your order direct from our shop. Simply pick our “Click & Collect” option when you complete your order and your order can be ready for collection as early as 24hrs after you have placed your order.
This service is free, enabling you to save on the cost of delivery.
Our opening hours are:
Monday: 8.00am-1.00pm
Tues – Friday: 8.00am-5.30pm
Saturday: 8.00am-1.00pm
Sunday: CLOSED
Please ensure to leave a phone number when you place your order in case we need to get in touch with you about your order.
No, just your order number all what we need when you come to pick up your order.
If someone else is collecting your order for you then they need your order number.

If we know there’s going to be a delay in getting your order ready then we will call you in advance to let you know when is best to pick your order up.
Once your order is ready for collection (24hrs after you placed your order), we will hold your order for 3 days. This is to ensure that our products are still fresh and tasty when they make it home to you.
If you know you need more time to pick your order up then place call or email us after placing your order to let us know when you would be able to pick up your order.
If your order is not collected, then due to the nature of our products we are unable to offer any refunds for non-collected goods.
Ordering
Yes. All orders must be at least £30.00.
To ensure your order stays fresh from when it leaves our shop to when it arrives at your front door, we package each item individually before packing your order into a waxed freezer box (or polystyrene if it’s summer) with several ice packs to ensure a cool temperature is maintained.
Our website is secured by HTTPS, which means all communications between your browser and our website are encrypted. We will never store your payment details. We use Stripe to process your payments who encrypt your data to the highest level for your protection.
Delivery
If you’re unable to collect your order from our shop then we can bring it to your doorstep.
We can deliver to anywhere in mainland England.
Shipping is £9.50 (incl. VAT) on all orders.
We deliver our orders on Tues, Weds and Thurs during the week.
You need to place your order 24hrs with us before it can be scheduled for delivery. Because we only deliver between Tues – Thurs during the week, if you order on a Thursday or Friday then your order will be delivered on the following Tuesday.

Yes you will need to be home to take delivery. Our courier delivers between 9am – 4pm and on the day you will be sent an email from them informing you of your 2hr delivery slot.
If you know you won’t be home when placing your order then please leave a note on the order to specify to leave it with a neighbour who can sign for you.
Please note we will only attempt to deliver once. If we’re unable to deliver your parcel to you (due to no one being in to receive it) then your order will be taken back to our shop and you will need to pick it up. No refund for shipping will be given in this circumstance.
Yes. On the day of your delivery our courier will send you an email informing you of your designated 2hr delivery slot.
Our courier delivers between 9am and 4pm on Tues, Weds and Thurs.
